AA provides Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days and nights a year. This ensures that you get quick assistance at no charge when your vehicle breaks down within Accra or Kumasi. The service can be made free for corporate organizations (based on terms and conditions) or on a subscription basis for Individuals. (Heavy-duty vehicles are currently not covered by this scheme.)
Terms and Conditions
- Booking Requirements: All bookings must be made at least 6 hours in advance to ensure proper scheduling and preparation for the night shift.
- Communication for Job Details: Customers are required to communicate job details between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day of the booking. This is for proforma approval and to confirm the scope of work before the night shift begins.
- Vehicle Drop-Off: The vehicle must be dropped off by 5:00 PM on the scheduled day for the night shift operation.
- Vehicle Pickup: The vehicle will be ready for pickup at 7:00 AM the following day.
- Payment Options: Payment for services rendered can be made via Mobile Money (Momo) or Cash at the time of vehicle pickup.
- Liability and Responsibility: By agreeing to these terms, the customer confirms they understand and accept the operational timeline and payment process. Any delays or failure to adhere to the drop-off and pickup schedule may result in delays in service or additional charges.
- Service Availability: The night, weekend, and holiday service is subject to availability based on prior bookings and operational capacity.
